for a moment，for the moment，in a moment的用法及区别

这三个短语的意义各不相同。

for a moment的意思是“片刻”、“一会儿”（a little while）；有时候，for a moment的“for”可以省略不用。例：

He was silent for a moment and then went out.他沉默了一会儿，然后就走出去了。

Just wait here （for）a moment.请在这里稍等片刻。

请注意，for a moment和not搭配使用时，表示“决不”或“从来没有”的强调意思，相当于never。例：

I don't believe it for a moment.我决不会相信它。

表示此意时，for a moment和for one moment通用。

for the moment的意思是“目前”、“现在”（now or for the time being），它和at the moment 同义，能互换使用。例：

I cant't recall the title of that book for the moment.我现在想不起该书的书名了。

Sorry，I'm very busy at the moment.对不起，我现在很忙。

in a moment的意思是“立即”、“马上”（at once，immediately）。例：

The plane will take off in a moment.飞机马上就要起飞。

Please wait a minute；we shall be ready in a moment.请等一下，我们马上就好了。

He repaired the car in a moment and then we headed for the Ocean Park.他很快就把汽车修好，然后我们就驶往海洋公园。
